Saint Paul Skyways and Sidewalks

I took a set of photos of the skyways and sidewalks of downtown St. Paul prior to a meeting a week ago. While I generally don't take close-up pictures of individuals whom I don't know, I didn't really have much opportunity in St. Paul.

Mears Park had some people, about the only "crowd" I could find at 1:30 in the afternoon on a foreboding, though not generally raining, summer day.

The buildings were geared neither to the street nor to the Skyway, though more to the latter. There were a few people in the food court (not shown) at lunch. At least some of the buildings are occupied by people (though not all of them are).
